John Day Homes is an experienced PNW home builder that was founded in 1983. They are a very active home builder and have 1-2 active communities underdevelopment at a time. They focus on custom built homes, utilizing one of their floor plans they provide. They have recently started operating in the luxury home space.

The design direction for John Day Homes focuses on creating a sophisticated, luxury aesthetic while maintaining simplicity and ease of navigation. Rich, deep tones were used strategically to anchor key areas and convey luxury, while lighter colored sections provide contrast, enhance readability, and offer visual breathing room. This balanced approach to color created visual interest and effectively organized content without falling into a predictable pattern.

The layout showcased high-quality imagery without overwhelming the design, using bold typography to convey strength and professionalism.
