Project Summary

Our collaboration with Nootka Marine Adventures focused on creating a digital presence that truly captures the essence of their exceptional fishing experiences. The project encompassed two main components: website design and development, and comprehensive media production.

Website Design and Development

The design direction for the Nootka Marine Adventures website took a light, bright, and inviting approach that emphasized ease of use. This allowed the client to prominently feature the extensive collection of high-quality photography and video and showcase the incredible fishing experiences available at their three exclusive resorts in Canada. The site aims to connect new visitors and returning guests with the information they need to easily select their ideal resort and build out their dream fishing trip

Custom Integration

The website was fully custom, from initial wireframes to mockups. The development work included building a custom “build-your-trip” booking workflow that integrates seamlessly with the client’s existing booking software. This provides a streamlined experience for customers to plan and reserve their adventures.

Media Production

Our media production for Nootka Marine Adventures (NMA) spanned three separate trips, totaling three weeks of immersive on-location work. By fully engaging in fishing expeditions and resort life, we captured the authentic essence of NMA’s premium experiences. Using gimbaled cameras, underwater action cams, and drones, we documented every aspect from thrilling catches to serene wilderness and luxurious accommodations.

Photography

The resulting high-quality photographs now enhance NMA’s website and social media, showcasing the excitement of sport fishing and the beauty of the resorts’ surroundings. These images provide potential guests with a compelling preview of the NMA experience.

Video

We produced dynamic video content, including concise commercials for Seattle Kraken games and longer-form videos for each resort. This diverse video portfolio effectively communicates the full range of NMA’s offerings, from world-class fishing to luxurious amenities, enticing viewers to embark on their own NMA adventure.
